About

Alexandra Freeman

Alexandra trained to be an osteopath at The London School of Osteopathy. A serious fall down a flight of stairs as a teenager resulted in a fracture to her lower back vertebra. A visit to an osteopath after many unsuccessful attempts with other treatment modalities was the first time her pain relented. Her curiosity for Osteopathy was awakened!  After the birth of her children a visit to the osteopath always helped relieved their discomfort.

After a degree in Modern Languages from The University of Edinburgh, Alexandra came to Osteopathy as a second career. She completed a 5-year Masters in Osteopathy, followed by a two-year Postgraduate Diploma in Paediatrics at the world-renowned Osteopathic Centre for Children.

Alexandra treats a wide range of patients from babies a few days old, to older patients, and everyone in between. She has a particular interest in women’s health and paediatrics. Alexandra previously lectured undergraduate osteopaths at the London School of Osteopathy.  She also has adult three children and a scruffy Dachshund!
